Meet the Team
Our team comes from diverse backgrounds such as computer science, robotics engineering, aerospace, mechanical and electrical engineering. We share a passion for mentoring future generations.

I began my coaching journey at Zebra in early 2024. Currently, I’m a Senior at North Carolina State University, pursuing a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I believe that listening to our children offers invaluable insights, and I am passionate about nurturing and expanding their curiosities. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, bowling, and playing disc golf with friends whenever I get the chance!

I have worked at Zebra Robotics since March 2024. I am a Computer Science major at NC State University. When I graduate, I plan to pursue a career in Automation Engineering. I enjoy coaching robotics and coding to young people and seeing their passion for STEM grow. In my free time I enjoy working out and spending time outdoors.”

I graduated from NC Central University back in 2013 and taught high school science across the state for 9 years before making my way to Zebra Robotics. You can usually find me during the day with the track out camps (and summer camps too!). Occasionally I am also working with evening and Saturday classes. I enjoy working with all age groups and showing them where they can find joy in all the STEAM fields. Teaching will always be my greatest passion!

I joined Zebra Robotics in the fall of 2024. I am currently working towards becoming a registered nurse at Wake Tech. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, lifting weights, and spending quality time with my husband and cat.

I have been coaching competitive robotics teams for the past 7 years. I have experience in the FIRST FLL & FTC world and certification across the entire VEX spectrum of offerings. My life goal is to inspire the next generations of engineers, software developers, and entrepreneurs to have the confidence to solve the problems of an ever-changing world. In my free time, I enjoy reading, being in the nature, and volunteering at robotics events.
