The Robotics Engineer I stream develops key skills with robot navigation and mechanics. Students manage how robots react to the environment. After this stream, they are eligible to participate in robotics competitions. This camp extends over multiple weeks, and students can attend one or more weeks.

The Robotics Engineer I stream introduces students to robot navigation as they move their robots with basic sensors. Students program robots to follow a line with increasing skill and proficiency. Working through hands-on challenges, students also learn the mechanics of manipulating their robots using passive mechanics and gears to transfer power at the right speed and in the right direction. This stream’s interactive challenges develop the skills necessary to participate in robotics competitions. This camp extends over multiple weeks, and students can attend one or more weeks.
